Privacy Policy

We keep your data safe and never sell your information.

Last Updated: July 4, 2026 - Effective date: July 4, 2026

Sytclix Corporation, doing business as Sytclix.io ("Sytclix," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our marketing platform and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to:

Visitors to our website and prospective customers;

Clients — the businesses that subscribe to and use the Services; and

End Users — the leads and customers of our Clients whose information is processed through the Services.

For End User data that a Client uploads or generates through the Services, Sytclix generally acts as a service provider (processor) on behalf of that Client, who is responsible for its own privacy practices and for obtaining any required consents.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, account credentials, and any information you submit when you contact us, request a consultation, or sign up.

Client Content. Contact lists, customer records, messages, images, business information, and other data you upload or generate through the Services.

Automatically collected information. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and usage activity, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Communications data. Records of calls, text messages, emails, chats, and support interactions processed through the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;

Create and manage your account and process payments;

Send transactional messages, service updates, and account notices;

Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

Send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time);

Monitor usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure security;

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery, is permitted. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you consent to receive text messages from Sytclix, message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to use other parts of the Services.

Where our Clients use the Services to text their own End Users, the Client is responsible for obtaining consent and honoring opt-outs in compliance with applicable law.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality. We may use analytics providers to help us understand how the Services are used.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, software infrastructure, messaging and telephony carriers, email delivery, analytics, and payment processors), under obligations of confidentiality;

Our Clients, where you are an End User whose data is processed on their behalf;

Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property, or to investigate fraud or abuse;

Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Client Content is retained according to your account status; after termination, it may be deleted in accordance with our standard practices. You are responsible for exporting your data before your account closes.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents: You may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

End Users: If you are an End User of one of our Clients and wish to exercise privacy rights, please contact that Client directly, as they control that data. We will assist our Clients in responding to such requests.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms that operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
